How to make cording using floss
Wilma, one of our WOCS members, tells how she makes cording for tin tops:
It's twisted...measure approx. 3 times the length you need, plus how many strands you want (I like using perl cotton for this), get a buddy to hold one end, you hold the other, and twist away. When it's tight enough to kink together, hang something (like a key on holder) in the center, put the ends together and let twist.
Not sure if I explained it well enough, but this works easily for me. When I'm home alone, I have taped one end to the counter top while I hold and twist the other.
